Asylum

Asylum is a form of protection granted to individuals who have suffered persecution or have a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country due to their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group.

Asylum provides legal protection, work authorization, and the ability to apply for a green card after one year. Our firm has extensive experience in asylum cases and is prepared to represent clients in immigration court, before USCIS, and in appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
