SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status)
SIJS provides legal protection to minors who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned by one or both parents. To qualify, the child must be under 21 (or 18 in some states), unmarried, and have a juvenile court order stating it is not in their best interest to return to their home country.
SIJS offers deportation protection, work authorization, and eligibility for permanent residence. Our team is committed to protecting vulnerable minors and guiding them through this sensitive process with care and compassion.
