U Visa (Victims of Serious Crimes)
The U visa is available to individuals who have suffered substantial physical or mental abuse as a result of certain serious crimes committed in the U.S., including domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Applicants must demonstrate that they suffered harm and are or have been helpful to law enforcement or prosecutors in investigating or prosecuting the crime.
The U visa offers protection from deportation, work authorization, and eligibility to apply for a green card after three years. Our team is experienced in protecting crime victims and helping them find safety and legal stability in the U.S.
